For convenience, we will stage the first networking dinner at our Conference venue.
We will make use of a space within the main hotel restaurant.

Ticket price includes arrival drink, 3 course dinner and a drink with dinner.
You will receive menu options to choose from in advance.

NETWORKING DINNER 2 – Thursday 19th November

7.30pm at The Cherwell Boathouse, Bardwell Road, OX2 6ST

Described as “an Oxford Institution”, The Cherwell Boathouse is a much-loved feature of Oxford life and has been serving the best local cuisine for many decades.

The restaurant was started in an authentic Edwardian working Boathouse, alongside the punt station (established 1904) on the banks of the river Cherwell by Anthony Verdin, a local entrepreneur and connoisseur of fine wine and food. The restaurant is still family owned and run.

Being in November, we will be too late for the punting season, but this dinner will be a special networking occasion, not to be missed.

Ticket price includes return group transport from The Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford, arrival drink, 3 course dinner and a drink with dinner, in this unique riverside venue.

Please note the following booking conditions:

1. Bookings must be made online and paid for at the time of booking, by debit or credit card and fees cannot be invoiced. Our automated booking system makes receipts available immediately after a successful card payment.
2. It remains the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that payment is received by the Secretariat. No contact with Finance Departments/Managers/Budget Holders/Procurement Teams can be entered into without additional charges. No additional documentation can be provided by the Secretariat to achieve payment, in order to keep the administrative costs down. The Secretariat will deal with the named delegate only.
3. Savings are to be made by booking at the Early Registration Fee. The Fees will automatically increase on the date shown.
4. Submission of an online booking represents entry into a contract with the Hosts and the relevant fees become due on submission of a booking, whether or not the delegate attends the event.
5. As a condition of booking, the delegate’s GMC number will be requested; this will be checked against the GMC register by the ALAMA Organiser; all bookings are subject to this approval process and ALAMA reserves the right to reject a booking where GMC registration cannot be verified.
6. A Cancellation Policy is in place for this event if you close this window and click on Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by E-mail three full weeks prior to the event and will be refunded minus an administration charge of £50.

We regret that no refunds can be made after that time, although substitutions will be accepted if notified in writing prior to the event.
