The conference will run for 3 days from 12:00 on Wednesday 17th May to 13:00 Friday 19th May.   Please choose your registration package carefully, we have our usual Early Bird option.

Situated on Southampton’s lively waterfront Grand Harbour Hotel is in a fabulous location, close to the city with great shopping (West Quay shopping centre just a few minutes walk away), great bars and restaurants, in fact all that Southampton has to offer is on the doorstep.  The hotel also has a spa, indoor swimming pool and gym.

Transport links

Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour is easily accessible from all major transport points in the City. Southampton Railway Station is located just 5 minute drive away, with Southampton Airport only a 20 minute drive from the hotel.

 

PARKING

The Hotel offers 179 parking spaces. The car park is privately managed by Parking Eye and is available in the parking lot on the left hand side of the hotel. Car parking is available on a first come first served basis and is charged at £14 per car per night.  Please register your vehicle at the hotel reception upon arrival.

The Parking Eye daily car parking tariffs are:

  • £2 for 2 hours
  • £5 for 5 hours
  • £14 for over 5 hours up to 24 hour

Payment can be done via coins or card at the parking payment terminals located either in the hotel lobby (next to the glass lift)

* Please have your car registration number on hand, as it will be needed for any of the payment methods above
